We only accept online payments using PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure payment processor. Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us.
Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.
After completing your payment you are presented with a link which will allow you to return to our site, finalize or cancel the transaction, and view or download an invoice.
We do not accept any cancellations after the payment is processed.
Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable products & services, we do not provide refunds after the purchase, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website. Please make sure that you have carefully read service description before making a purchase.
However, refunds are provided in select cases as stated below:
- Customer paid more than the stated price.
- The coupon code did not work due to technical reasons.
- Customer chose the wrong plan or solution.
- We reserve the right to refund the amount as store credit.
- All refunds are processed within 24 hours but can take up to 14 working days for the transfer to be completed.
